  • Dust all flat surfaces, knick knacks, ceiling fans, shelves and baseboards
  • Remove cob webs
  • Vacuum and/or mop all floor surfaces, throw rugs shaken or vacuumed
  • Blinds and window ledges dusted
  • Doors dusted/ door knobs wiped
  • Empty trash
  • Glass surfaces Windexed
  • Under couch cushions vacuumed
  • Cold air returns dusted
  • Switch plates cleaned
  • Light fixtures cleaned

Kitchen

  • Clean exterior of all appliances, inside microwave
  • Stove knobs and drip pans cleaned
  • Cabinets, finger prints and food splashes removed, hardware washed
  • Clean and sanitize sink, counter tops and backsplashes
  • Polish chrome
  • Table and chairs wiped down in eating area
  • And all general cleaning listed in all rooms

Bathroom

  • Clean and sanitize tub, shower, shower doors, sink and toilet
  • Clean mirrors and polish chrome
  • Baseboards hand cleaned
  • And all general cleaning listed in all rooms

Move In/Move Out Cleaning

In addition to our regular attention to detailed cleaning

  • Inside of all cabinets
  • Inside of refrigerator
  • Inside of Oven
  • Sweep out garage
